How much does the consultation cost and what are the filing Fees?

Every year there is a different update regarding sponsorship requirements of different sponsorship programs. In 2019 the Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada will open a new community sponsorship program which will come into force by the end of 2019. WITH ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN FEES!

Why you should work with Authorized Representative?

Immigration laws are very complex and any mistake can be non-fixable. Authorized representatives have extensive knowledge and training in dealing with all immigration laws and complex cases. The Government of Canada only recognizes Immigration consultants who are a member in good standing of ICCRC now CICC (College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants). 

You may choose an Authorized Representative to work and act on your behalf on all immigration applications with:

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada

Canada Border Services Agency

If you choose to work with an unauthorized representative you may risk that your application gets returned or refused or unsuccessful due to a lack of immigration law knowledge.

 

Our Consultant is a member in good standing with ICCRC  now CICC(College Of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants) with membership number R534021, which is authorized by the Government of Canada to represent clients interested in immigration-related applications and/or immigration-related appeals. 

How can Canada On Path help me?

All information given to us by the client will be professionally assessed and we will provide you with live feedback on your qualifications and financial status. We believe that each case is unique and needs time to discuss it, so we give our client 45 minutes of the initial consultation. Our Immigration consultant will carefully evaluate your file and will advise you on your immigration path to Canada. We also provide an online one-on-one consultation for clients who are not able to visit our office. During your assessment, we will advise you on how to increase your CRS score in case you need it, or we will request a specific document that will help and support your immigration application. 

We will provide you with personalized assessment and options, we will also prepare and file applications on your behalf, we will also contact IRCC regarding your application on your behalf, we will also deal with additional cases or applications that may arise during the process.  

 

We always recommend that you work on your language skills once you plan on immigrating to Canada. 

 

How long does the application process take?

IRCC provides the processing time for each application. The processing time depends on the type of application and other requirements if applicable and country of where the application is being processed.  Some applications will require an interview which may increase processing time.
